About 2.5 weeks, working 6-8 hours a day. This includes my off days.

I took these dragon equine creatures I created with some inspiration from the How to Train Your Dragon series to create this scene. There is also a small a Mario easter egg, per the client’s request.

The client’s real life horse, Jack, is implemented into the mural. He’s an older black horse who coincidentally also had his teeth removed earlier in the year. He very coincidentally, is more alike with the main character Toothless from HTTYD than expected.

First I primed the wall.

Then used house paint to block out the colors of the background. Then used to the same house paint with brushes to create the details.

Finally I used spraypaint for the dragon equine creatures.
